Proven experience building and maintaining relationships within clients IT organization, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and promoting business growth. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure, networking, cloud services, software engineering, automation, and help desk support. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects and delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget. Experience with IT frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and ITIL. Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and integration of enterprise-level tools within a federal environment. Must be US Citizen and able to obtain government security clearance.
