About the Role As the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a strategic leader and the steward of our people, culture, and organizational health, and will report to the Chief Financial Officer as part of the executive leadership team. You will define and lead the entire people strategy, ensuring we build a high‑performance, mission‑aligned organization where employees feel supported, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.
