Responsibilities
As the Managing Director, you're responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day financial and operational affairs and the strategic direction of SFOTEC. You'll provide the Executive Committee with plans, achievements, and issues related to the management, finances, and operations of SFOTEC. Additional responsibilities include:
Representing SFOTEC leadership as necessary.
Knowledge of leases, contracts, agreements, and all other aspects related to the terminal, facilities, and equipment.

SALARY
We provide a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The target U.S. national salary range is $245,000 to $255,000 USD with local adjustments made for folks in higher or lower markets, based on cost of labor in candidate's geographical location. Currently, all staff local to the San Francisco and DC offices go into the office one to three days a week. Equity is incredibly important to the organization, and a pay audit for equity is completed annually.
