What you'll do Responsibilities:
Be the go-to data partner for the CEO and Regional Business Leads.

Role Scope:
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across departments. Core Responsibilities & Expectations:

Investor Relations & Board Management:

Internal Communications & Culture:

Experience that drives success in this role:
5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, business operations, preferably within early-stage, high-growth healthcare startups.
Proven experience with company planning, OKRs/KPIs, and/or operational reporting.
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including common regulatory environments and operational complexity.
Strong writing and communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into concise materials for executive and external audiences.

Compensation:
We consider an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining a final rate of pay. The expected annual salary range for this role is $144,000 - $199,000 and is a bonus-eligible position. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

Position Overview
The Masonic Homes of California are seeking an inspiring and collaborative Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Senior Living (“COO”) to lead all residential programs across our not-for-profit life plan communities in California. The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Europe, the Vice President, General Manager Italy will lead the expansion efforts across Italy. In a highly competitive environment of Italy, this leadership role is critical to maximizing the opportunity for RevMed innovation to impact patients across Italy. In collaboration with the regional leadership team, the successful catalytic leader will develop and execute commercial and operational strategy to accelerate the engagement with Italy key stakeholders and customers (government authorities, regulatory authorities, payer authorities, KOLs) as well as all necessary constituencies to support expansion into the European region - ensuring that reimbursement and access considerations are integrated in the existing and future clinical program design of the company portfolio / pipeline.
