FUNDING: The consolidated organization has an annual operating budget of approximately $65 million. Little Flower had a fiscal year 2025 annual operating expense budget of approximately $48 million. THE OPPORTUNITY: The ChiefFinancialOfficer (CFO) will lead and direct all aspects of financial management, including budget, revenue, payroll, purchasing, accounting, forecasting, grants and contract management, and payment functions for Little Flower, and is also responsible for the financial functions of St. John's Residence for Boys.
