**Scope of Role**
In this role of Clinical Advisory Services Lead you will occupy a key leadership position in the Advisory team. **Requirements**
+ Deep knowledge and expertise of the pharma strategic Clinical trial landscape (Clin Dev/Ops, clinical development plan development, clinical trial design, feasibility and site selection, protocol design, etc)
+ Relevant experience in commercially focused and client-facing roles (e.g. consulting, pharma), working as a subject matter expert closely with sales and consulting delivery organisations to drive business growth
+ Relevant experience (8-10 years) working in Clin Dev/Ops roles within Sponsor/CRO/Partner environment
+ Experience using data analytics and services to solve clinical trial challenges
+ Understanding of how, and where, AI can be deployed in the clinical trial ecosystem to answer industry questions

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Project Finance leads the structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt and tax equity financing of solar and storage projects within the Clēnera portfolio. This role executes the strategy related to effective capital deployment, sourcing and evaluating financing structures inclusive of debt, tax equity and alternatives. This role is pivotal in securing capital to support project development, construction, and operations. May also source potential acquisition targets as well as strategic sell downs of projects within the Clēnera portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all aspects of simultaneous highly-complex, structured financing for utility-scale solar and/or storage asset transactions, including debt, tax equity, and sponsor equity and under various deal structures.
Develop pro formas for utility-scale solar and storage projects with accompanying assumption support and document review.
Review financial models to analyze project assumptions, feasibility and profitability, including go/no-go recommendations for projects with supporting analysis.
Lead internal financing processes and collaborate extensively with legal, finance, and other departments regarding oversight and preparation of due diligence materials, providing materials for debt and equity transactions, and documentation of structured or project finance transactions.
Represent Clēnera in interactions with lenders, investors, and legal counsel to include financing terms and documentation.
Conduct analysis of financing alternatives and solutions for optimization and negotiate financing agreements and deal structures to optimize financial outcomes.
Support long-term strategic planning, including annual strategic recommendation to the executive team, for sourcing capital across various sources to meet the needs of the Clēnera platform.
Prepare analyses and recommendations for, and participate in, monthly and quarterly investment reviews.
Prepare analysis and resulting reports to support business operations. Lead/oversee analytical expertise on a wide variety of business initiatives.
Monitor market trends and maintain individual relationships with financial institutions and capital providers.
Support M&A activities and strategic financial planning for the IPP portfolio.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Prepare loss and expense reserves estimates.
Lead rate reviews, ratemaking, and actuarial indications.
Implement advanced analytics for improved accuracy and efficiency; support the development of Tableau reporting and analytical tools/models.
Qualifications
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree; or 15 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) with a commitment to continuing education.
Success managing teams and implementing strategic vision.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic SQL.
Knowledge of actuarial or analytics software such as Arius, R, Python, and Tableau.

**The Role**
The Senior Director, Business Operations is responsible for supporting the Accelerate and Growth Team (CRO Business Operations) by driving clarity, alignment and execution. This role enables better decision making, identification of key focus areas, and progress tracking of top initiatives aligned with regional, functional, and corporate objectives as outlined in the 3-Year Operating Plan.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Manage the Business Operations team, including:
+ Risk management: maintain the enterprise risk register and lead mitigation strategies
+ Rhythm of business: develop and manage operating cadences across the organization
+ Leadership planning: design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and strategic sessions
+ Confidentiality: uphold discretion across sensitive initiatives and communications and surge needs
+ Recognition and culture: drive employee engagement and recognition programs
+ Executive communications: shape messaging and engagement strategies across leadership, build and manage executive communications concepts
+ Develop and refine the management system to ensure visibility and accountability across business objectives, including financial and operational leading indicators

**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelors' degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
+ 15+ years of related experience 10+ years management experience, including in a commercial organization
+ Recognizable as a leader by possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and constituencies
+ Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
+ Strong presentation and negotiation skills

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$188,592 - $251,456 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
