Maintain approximately .4 FTE direct patient care, to support access to services, model evidence-based practice, and remain clinically engaged. Physicians from other primary specialties may be considered if they demonstrate substantial experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and integrated care leadership 5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership, supervisory or program management role Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-program clinical services strongly preferred. State DEA registration or BLS certification required. Qualifications: Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact through integrated, whole-person care. Familiarity with nonprofit, behavioral health, and/or medical care settings serving diverse populations. Position Summary The Interim Pastor/Director of Congregational Care will play a key pastoral role, relating to all ministries of congregational care. This individual will serve as a member of both the pastoral and staff teams at LUMC and will help guide our community in caring for one another through presence, support, and spiritual accompaniment. This interim role is expected to last approximately six months, with the end date to be mutually determined upon offer and acceptance.
