What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in loan operations or lending, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role. Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, loan-processing systems, and commercial loan operations. Proficiency with loan documentation platforms, core banking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational goals. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.     The VP Service Operations Americas will lead service operations across the Americas.
