This role owns the day-to-day management of the P&L and serves as a key partner to operations, sales, and leadership to ensure work is priced, staffed, billed, and executed profitably. While financial leadership is the primary focus, success in this role requires a strong understanding of field operations, labor deployment, job flow, and service delivery to translate operational activity into accurate financial results and actionable insights.
