What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, with demonstrated success in leadership roles; front-line supervision experience is a plus. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives in manufacturing environments. Strong foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with formal Six Sigma certification or documented project success. Expertise in EH&S practices in a manufacturing setting.
