* Assist in maintaining inventory of equipment supplies and materials. Follow a predetermined schedule of preventive maintenance and safety inspections on assigned equipment.
* Work in a team environment in a primarily response role to complete inspections, repairs, and ensure reliability of appliances. Assist guests and staff in the resolution of unit maintenance concerns, complaints and questions. Gather tools and supplies to be used at work site according to instructions. Maintain accurate records of units serviced and work performed via the Asgard application. Responsible to maintain and care of all assigned equipment. Perform tasks involving the use of power tools.

Primary Purpose:
The primary role of the Site Merchandising/Ecommerce Specialist to attend to the day-to-day management of the CPO websites. There will be a heavy focus on promotion execution and merchandising the assortment, including but not limited to, determining effective sales trends & assortments, navigation refinements, sorting rules and search enhancements.

+ Maximize site sales, with a focus on driving conversion and average order size.
+ Assist with the site merchandising plan that includes campaign and seasonal merchandising, assortment optimization and product transition between seasons. Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure all brand initiatives are in alignment.
+ Leverage Adobe analytics to analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve merchandising and the customer experience across the various sites and product categories.
+ Analyze and update site search queries and update with relevant SKU offerings to improve customer experience and increase search engagement and performance.

The CPO Program Manager will provide program management and support the onboarding and conversions for new and existing State Street clients. These can be large and complex projects in the Asset Manager, Asset Owner Insurance, Alternatives, ETF's or other Product lines within State Street.
What you will be responsible for
- The Program Manager will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and within scope
- The Program Manager will be the key project leader and contact for facing off with the client and the client's Program Management Team. The Program Manager should develop knowledge of products being used in client organizations to determine how they can be leveraged or eliminated.
- The Program Manager will drive the joint and internal governance with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, issue and action logs and scope and requirements documents. Ensuring active issue management and facilitating required decision making are critical to the role.
- The Program Manager will drive closure on all aspects of the program with support from the functional teams and SME's, including contracts and commercials, scope and solution, project sequencing and planning, development, testing, conversion and post conversion activities.
- Manage Project Managers supporting workstreams in a program of projects to deliver the end-to-end client solution.
- Lead and support governance meetings - set meeting agendas and document meeting minutes for meetings to discuss progress and address issues to achieve milestones and objectives for the execution of the plans
