**Your day to day**
The CFO Executive Program Manager is a key partner to the North America CFO and leadership team responsible for optimizing team effectiveness. This role works cross functionally and in partnership with the executive support team as well as Randstad's leaders to enable business operations. This will include program management for key initiatives and leading the regular business cadence of the team. The CFO Executive Program Manager will support the NA CFO calendar well as executive level preparation for internal and external meetings and presentations. Responsibilities
+ Manage the NA CFO Organization's operational cadence
+ Support leadership team meetings; including program management of key initiatives

+ Support and manage calendar driven financial processes including alignment with Global Financial organization and reporting requirements.

**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

+ 8-10 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including both leadership and partnership, cross functional management and influencing.
+ Track record of handling multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment with competing priorities

In addition to being an essential strategic partner on the Executive Team and a team leader to the 50 staff members that serve on the Programs team, the CPO will engage regularly with JVS partners from the community, government and education in order to create and grow the partnerships that are critical to our high impact services. JVS is targeting 100x impact by 2032 through direct service, systems change and policy, and the CPO will be a critical agent of transformation in support of a new program delivery structure. The position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a valued member of the Executive Team.
Scope
- Provide leadership and guidance to JVS program leaders and serve as a strategic thought partner to ensure consistent quality and standardization of practice across all programs
- Work closely with the VP and directors on the implementation, execution, and achievement of outcomes across all programs; use quantitative and qualitative data to elevate and address program performance
- Support the VP and Directors in strategic cultivation of community and employer relationships
