About the role
As Chief Publishing Officer, you will be responsible for building and leading our publishing operations. You would build and refine the strategy and lead the execution of impactful publishing efforts grounded by data and insights. This includes marketing strategy, brand management, product marketing, mobile user acquisition, strategic planning, social and digital marketing, marketing analytics, press relations, and brand content. You will be expected to anticipate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI into publishing workflows while forging strong partnerships with Community, Player Support, Product Strategy, and Early Market Validation. What you will do
Build frameworks to validate product-market fit in the prototyping phase, combining market intelligence, consumer insights, and early creative tests.
Define and lead the end-to-end publishing strategy for the Fortis Games portfolio including global marketing, brand, platform relations, commercial partnerships, and regional publishing.
Responsibility and leadership of internal creative services, user acquisition, product marketing, and lifecycle teams across all owned and paid channels to drive market awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
Define process and standards for launch readiness and post-launch optimisation.
Work closely with product management and live ops to advise on business decisions, identify key features and functionality to be promoted in marketing campaigns.
Provide strategic guidance for regional publishing teams and work closely with regional teams to help them build marketing plans that align with our global strategy.
Drive innovation in publishing workflows, including the adoption of AI and automation to scale creative production, personalization, and measurement.
Partner closely with Community, Product Strategy, and Early Market Validation as stakeholders to ensure publishing insights and market learnings feed into product development.
Collaborate with our leadership team to set marketing goals and metrics, and track and analyze the performance of overall marketing success.
Use growth experimentation to diagnose challenges (e.g., monetization vs. scale trade-offs) and run structured tests to inform strategy.
Manage publishing budget and resources, including the selection and management of external agencies and partners.

Overall Underwriting Leadership
· Manage Ford Pro Insure's overall commercial auto underwriting function including production, guidelines, reinsurance utilization, loss results, referrals, and renewals
· Set, manage and achieve underwriting targets to ensure profitable growth; establish and monitor relevant KPI's including submission rate, quote ratio, bind ratio, etc.

Degree in safety management is desired but not required.

Possesses a recent OSHA 500-hour card and has six years of full-time construction safety experience
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to travel frequently across North America; international travel may be required.
