Center Art LLC, managed by the Space Needle LLC, is partnering with Chihuly Studio to operate the Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition on the Seattle Center grounds next to the Space Needle.
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admissions Lead reports to the Admissions Supervisor and supports Center Art's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, accountability, and ownership.
The Admissions Lead is responsible for assisting Admissions Managers and Supervisors in leading the Admissions Team. They will take a leading role in the training, advancement, and success of the team. They will act as a liaison between Admissions Agents and management and discuss ideas and concerns at regular meetings while maintaining a safe, fun, and positive environment.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Maintain a high degree of communication with the management team.
Ensure that all Admissions Agents are equipped with the tools and skills to successfully carry out their duties and responsibilities.
Monitor upselling techniques and work with the Admissions Agents to increase opportunities to pair appropriate ticket types as well as Chihuly Garden and Glass offerings to guests.
Create and supervise the break schedule, in compliance with company and Washington State labor laws. Provide additional coverage whenever necessary.
Monitor and coach Admissions Agents on uniform, grooming, and other significant policies.
Attend monthly leadership meetings and provide an update on your department's progress and status.
Meet weekly with the direct manager of your department and discuss possible areas of improvement, trends, and energy of the Admissions Agent team.
Complete On-line shipping orders.
Ensure event tickets are printed accurately each week.
Weekly maintenance of the POS hardware.
Receiving/stocking/relocating ticket stock inventory when shipments arrive and during times of replenishment.
Product and discount maintenance.
Provide assistance during software and hardware upgrades and deployments.
Assist in the training of all new Admissions Agents and update materials when necessary.
Assist Supervisors and Managers in preparing Admissions meetings and take minutes.
Confirm that schedules are readily available to all Admissions Agents and communicate any coverage gaps to management.
Track and recommend necessary supply orders.
Remain professional and courteous to all guests.
Implement both proven and innovative up-selling strategies.
Assist management in maintaining the asset tracking database.
All other duties assigned to the Admissions Lead position.
Any other responsibilities as defined by Management.

Maintain the highest standards by adhering to both company and departmental standards.
Understand Chihuly Garden and Glass emergency and fire/life/safety procedures and your role in its implementation.

About the Position
The Special Diets & Packout Coordinator oversees two essential components of camp food service: managing special diets and food allergies for campers and staff and preparing all cookout meals. Working closely with the Healthcare Director and camper caregivers, they ensure that individuals with dietary needs-such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free-are fully accommodated during their time at camp. The coordinator also leads all food-related programming, including managing the camper pack out cooking program and assisting with food planning and purchasing for the camp.
Compensation for this position is $115 - $125 per day, with the starting rate dependent on previous employment at GSWW camps.
Camp Season 2026 will run from June 7th through August 18th, with start and end dates determined by position. Overnight camp staff will divide their summer between Camp Robbinswold (located in Lilliwaup, WA) and Camp St. Albans (located in Allyn, WA). They will begin at St. Albans for the first week of training, then transition to Robbinswold for the second week. Staff will work three one-week camper sessions at Robbinswold, take a short break, and then complete three sessions at St. Albans.

Collaborate with Head Cook to review weekly menu in relation to incoming camper dietary and food allergy needs to ensure quality food service and safety
Communicate with caregivers to accurately account for camper special diet and food allergies
Oversee the inventory and ordering of food for special diets and pack outs, including maintaining all required documentation for purchases on council credit cards and accounts
Prepare food for campers and staff to use for pack-out cooking, trips, and hikes
Train and support camp staff in pack-out procedures and food handling
Assist in the daily operations of the camp's food service including preparing and cooking food as the menu indicates and ensuring safe storage of food and leftovers at proper temperatures
Assist in routine sanitation of the kitchen and related equipment including cleaning and maintaining all food preparation and storage areas

For those ready to dive deeper, our mentorship program is intended to be a structured, long-term (6-12 months) program. Mentor-mentee pairs will be matched based on shared interests, goals, and availability. The program includes regular check-ins, shared learning, and the chance to build a trusted, growth-focused partnership.
Interested participants-both mentors and mentees-will complete a short application form. The Mentorship Committee will then review submissions and create matches.
The mentee will be paid by their home department for the time spent with the mentor. Information on scheduling and clocking in will be included when you are matched with your mentee or mentor.
Participation (by both the mentor and mentee) in the Formal Mentorship Program and/or the Buddy Program must be approved by the Department Head and HR.

Freshman Football is a Fall Sport. The season runs from August 24 - November 14.
Responsibilities will include:
Compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS, Metro League, and WIAA policies and procedures.
Supervision of student-athletes during all team activities:
Practice and game times vary throughout the week. Coaches need to be available between the hours of 3-10pm (Monday-Saturday).
Effective communication with players, coaching colleagues, and parents
Promotion of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair play among team members
Developing players within a unified V/JV/Fr system
Teaching the rules of the game and technique to improve player development
Summer Activities and Camp participation is recommended with the job.
