Job Descriptions/Duties
Providing clinical mental health therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families via telehealth.
In addition to conducting Individual and Family Therapy, duties and opportunities may include conducting Diagnostic/Comprehensive Assessments.
Populations served will present with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting problems.
Flexibility to workdays and evenings (some evening hours are required to accommodate family schedules and ensure family involvement in services).
Maintain current and accurate documentation, completing all paperwork in identified time frames. Progress Notes are to be completed within 24 hours.
Meet minimum yearly productivity requirements.
Other duties, as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Experience/skill or willingness to obtain skills in working with a variety of special populations which may include traumatized and victimized children & youth, transition-aged adolescents, chronic & severely emotionally/behaviorally impaired youth.
Ability to engage a wide range of clients and caregivers, including those from diverse populations, and those uncertain about the value and/or necessity of MH services.
Ability to work effectively with other professionals both within and outside the mental health profession.
Experience/skill or willingness to obtain skills in applicable modalities and interventions, but not limited to, evidence-based/evidence-informed practices as required.
Training and practice experience that is “trauma-informed”, modalities such as Trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and others matched to our population are valuable.
Must be culturally competent and willing to work with clients and families within various and diverse populations.
Ability to effectively use electronic records systems and electronic communication platforms.
Qualifications
Licensed in the state of Ohio to provide assessment and therapy via the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board, or the Ohio Board of Psychology.
Must possess at least a Master's Degree(s) in Counseling, Social Work or equivalent.

About the role
The Pre-Certification Nurse is responsible for all aspects of the prior authorization process for members of Quantum Health's employer groups. The nurse is responsible for acquiring all clinical documentation to appropriately process the service request within the designated time frames indicated. This includes verbal and written engagement with members, providers, clients, third party vendors. What you'll do
Assess and review all requests for medical services requiring clinical review against Quantum Health adopted clinical review criteria. Communicate with patient, provider, facility, and internal work groups regarding outcome of requests.
Coordinate health management services to provide integrated health services for each patient and provide benefit and health information to patients, caregivers, providers and facilities to enable informed health decisions. Identify care coordination opportunities for patients admitted for elective surgical procedures. Communicates and works effectively with colleagues and other teams within the organization.
Utilize subject matter expertise, critical thinking, and clinical knowledge to render independent decisions and determinations, following Quantum Health workflows.
Direct out of network requests to in-network providers to ensure members secure the optimum desired benefits. Facilitate the discharge planning process during pre-service review and coordinate with other clinical work teams.
Promote the mission and core values of Quantum Health by proactively managing client/member expectations as it related to the pre-certification process.
Act as clinical resource for all Quantum health work groups.

**OVERNIGHT NEURO-RADIOLOGIST - REMOTE** The Department of Radiology at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Neuroradiologist to join our established emergency radiology team. Overnight coverage consists of shifts averaging 9 hours in length between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. EST, with a schedule of 7 nights on, followed by 14 nights off. Each radiologist flexibly schedules 4 weeks of emergency back-up throughout the calendar year which is very rarely activated (less than one night per year in the entire neuroradiology section, over the last 5 years) which is reciprocated. There are ample in-house moonlighting opportunities available if desired. Few home state restrictions include California, Colorado, New Jersey, and Oklahoma.
Each overnight team consists of three neuroradiologists, in addition to 10 other radiologists of varying specialties as well as generalists. Team dynamics are highly collegial despite the remote nature of the job, facilitated by shared group chats (partly utilized for second opinions and interesting cases but also for general communication). Flexibility via trading is fostered.
We take great pride in prioritizing quality over quantity. We aim to maintain manageable workloads and adequate staffing to facilitate quality; volume expectations are reasonable. The overnight section is perceived as a substantial asset to the department and enjoys universal support and appreciation from the department leadership, in addition to daytime neuroradiology and generalist colleagues. As a result, there is interest in prolonging the lifespan of overnight radiologists, supporting their careers, and preventing burnout. This is reflected in the section's low turnover.

Additionally, the Overnight Section covers the Main Campus ED and Cleveland Clinic Florida sites. We provide coverage for a single pediatric site in Louisiana as well; nightly volumes are in the single digits and primarily interpreted by pediatric radiologists in the night section. All departments and outpatient facilities within the Cleveland Clinic system are networked with PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state-of-the-art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50
