Nurse Practitioner Full Time - Exempt Columbus, Ohio AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We are looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to work collaboratively with our regional onsite care teams. This APP helps with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations, with a focus on rheumatology care, escalating to appropriate physicians/specialists and other care team members as necessary.
