The Nanny League 4.0
Weslaco, TX job
WESLACO, TX (NATIONWIDE CANDIDATES) - A warm, close-knit family in Weslaco, TX, is seeking a professional, patient, and nurturing FULL-TIME LIVE-IN HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/NANNY to join their household long-term. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves working with children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is looking to build a lasting relationship with the family. With two energetic, bubbly, and affectionate young children (ages 4 and 3), this home is filled with laughter, activity, and heart, making it the perfect match for a caregiver who is both gentle and highly dependable. Spanish-speaking is a bonus, but not required!
The nanny will support the children's weekday routines, assist with school preparation, help with coffee/parent support in the mornings, and engage them in enriching activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and after-school fun. Their son has well-managed asthma and food allergies, so the ideal candidate must be observant, responsible, and comfortable responding appropriately when needed. The family travels roughly once a month, so travel is a continual element of the role. A goldendoodle may occasionally be in the home, so pet-friendly candidates are welcome.
The schedule includes a blend of morning, daytime, and some early evening hours (guaranteeing 40 hours per week), with days that may vary slightly: Monday-Friday generally 8 hours per day, plus occasional flexibility for a shorter day on Saturday/weekends with communication. Some days, Mom would like morning support, and candidates should be open to the flexibility of a split schedule. Candidates may use their own car or the family's vehicle, with gas and mileage reimbursed when applicable. The nanny will enjoy working in a gated golf course community with walking paths and a playground nearby.
The family has a housekeeper who comes regularly for deep cleaning, so only light continued support is needed. Mom is seeking a partner to help her balance care, support the household, and engage with her energetic and active kiddos. Living accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom. The family is actively building their forever home and will be moving into that significantly larger home in 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with a large estate, roughly 10,000sq ft.

This is a long-term role for a professional who genuinely loves early childhood development and thrives in both childcare and home-management responsibilities. The family is open to offering a live-in arrangement during the week (guest house provided) with live-out on weekends, allowing the nanny to be fully present and integrated into the flow of their weekday routine.

SOUTH TEXAS FAMILY SEEKING FULL-TIME LIVE-IN HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/NANNY
The family values flexibility, as schedules may shift due to their multiple businesses, and would love someone who can offer occasional help on evenings, weekends, and during travel.
Responsibilities include child and home-related organization, light cleaning, daily laundry, dishwasher support, simple meal preparation, school pick-ups, errand running, and providing a consistent, warm presence for the children. The family prioritizes kindness, patience, communication, and professionalism and is eager to welcome a nanny who becomes part of their family. This position offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience & PTO/Sick days, including performance-based bonuses, and relocation assistance is available for the right fit.
