DESCRIPTION of responsibilities:
- Direct or care coordinators in intake and assignment of new cases and supervisor work assignments.

- Oversight of care coordinators to ensure they are providing individualized services in accordance with the unique potentials and needs of each child and family, in a strengths-based capacity developed in partnership with the child and family.
- Attend in-services and child family team meetings.
- Oversight of care coordinators to ensure that services and supports include evidence-informed and promising practices and interventions supported by practice-based evidence, to ensure the effectiveness of services and improve outcomes for children and their families.
- Provide clinical supervision, direction, and leadership to staff, with frequency depending on care coordinator development and need. Supervision should be provided individually once weekly
- Meet for a minimum of three hours per month clinical supervision with Care Coordination Manager. Prepare for supervision as directed by supervisor.
- Ensure the review of incident reports by assigned care coordinator.
- Participate in evaluation and self-evaluation per Program policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional relationships with other CYFS program, as well as community agencies and organizations for appropriate referral effective case planning.
- Provide oversight for hiring, changes, and termination by assigned supervisor(s). Participate in or conduct second interviews of applicants for program positions when needed.
- Accurately and professionally represent the agency and program in all interactions with other agencies and providers at the local, regional, and state levels.
