Catalyst teaching staff support the planning and implementation of Catalyst's programming for children ranging in age from infant, toddler, pre-school, kinder, and school age depending on the location. Teachers must be able to facilitate a variety of age appropriate activities, support children's social emotional development, and ensure children are supervised at all times in a healthy and safe environment. General Requirements: Located within commuting distance of Torrance, CA, and have a reliable form of transportation Experience with children in an educational setting preferred but not required Strong technology skills are preferred, such as 3D modeling, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, modifying games, video editing, competitive gaming, significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, etc. Available to complete online training in May and early June (Train at your own pace.) All residents have open Child and Family Service cases in the County of Orange. These mothers are working to reunify with their children while at the same time addressing their histories with addiction and mental health.
