Qualifications Ideal candidates will have effective communication skills, both oral and written; read medication instructions and have the skills/abilities to administer the medicine; ability to distinguish individual facial features at arm's length and across the room; be able to evacuate all children and adults from building in less than one minute; ability distinguish children's voices when out of visual range; and be able to climb playground equipment to remove child from setting.
