    NOW HIRING: Day Camp Inclusion Aide (Seasonal) JOB SUMMARY: The Inclusion Aide supports and assists day camp participants with different abilities. The Inclusion Aide applicant will need to assist with the inclusion of the participant in the day camp's daily activities while acting as part of the overall staff make-up of the program. The applicant must be able to create adaptations to existing camp activities in order to promote accessibility and inclusion for all day campers. LOCATION: Tony Bettenhausen Recreation Center, 8125 W. 171st Street, Tinley Park, Illinois QUALIFICATIONS: The qualified individual will be able to communicate clearly and effectively, with a minimum of three years of high school completed. Experience in day camp programs preferred. Experience working with participants of diverse ability levels is highly recommended. Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification required. INCENTIVES: This is a part-time, seasonal position which typically runs for 8 weeks Monday through Friday. Required hours are 8:30am - 3:15pm with extended hour availability for before and after camp programs. The Wage Range is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center, Recreation Center, and Water Park. $15.00 will be the entry level wage rate per hour for all new hires.
