The incumbent also provides feedback on individuals reviewed at Recovery Team meetings. * Maintains inventory control of educational supplies and equipment. Requisitions and maintains educational and therapeutic equipment and supplies and promotes a safe and secure environment of all equipment by staff and individuals. * Maintains data base of all individuals in the educational program. Ensures all attendance data is submitted within 24 hours; submits monthly report of documented services to supervisor. * To implement an outcome-oriented management system, the incumbent attends meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required to maintain certification requirements.
