Assist with observing, assessing, and documenting each child's growth and development using established tools. Communicate daily with parents and guardians through the childcare management system and at pick-up and drop-off. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization according to health and safety standards and state licensing requirements. Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and administrators to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment. Participate in professional development and school events as required. This will include family engagement opportunities and monthly staff meetings. Education, Experience & Training Must meet all Indiana State Licensing and Paths to Quality requirements. Associate in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. CDA required or must be obtained within the first year of employment. Current Pediatric CPR/AED/First aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30-days of employment. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal history background check. Experience working with children in a structured early childhood setting. Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
