Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that all tax returns prepared at the VITA site are submitted to the IRS for processing in a very timely manner. Answer questions from volunteers and taxpayers in a courteous and helpful manner. Ensure Volunteer Standards of Conduct are followed by all volunteers.
