General Summary of Job The Doggy Day Care Attendant is responsible for the supervision, control and management of daycare dogs and ensuring the safety of the playgroup. Floyd County Head Start is looking to add a loving and supportive teacher assistant to our Head Start program. Our Head Start teachers and assistants work together as a team to engage their preschool students (ages 3-5 years old) in fun, play based learning to achieve School Readiness Goals! Our Teacher Assistants also train to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to drive buses to transport program children to and from the school building.
