For Social Services: Helps families locate needed social services and help them make arrangements. For Program Administration: Meets required deadlines, this includes, but not limited to lesson plans turned in to Director on a weekly basis. These must be posted in your classroom. Plan and implement activities on a daily basis according to the company's curriculum guidelines. Completing on a daily basis all necessary paperwork including attendance sheets and food sheets. Demonstrates knowledge of pertinent regulations such as Department of Human Services Child Care Licensing and Pennsylvania Keystone STARS standards. Develops contacts with local agencies and community organizations. Assists in supervising other teachers in the classroom.
