+ At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
+ Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) OR a degree in the field
