PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate mastery of content knowledge
Ensure a high-quality learning experience; plan and implement learning tasks:
Curate and design resources and incorporate instructional technologies aligned with learning outcomes
Assist students individually in building core skills for the requested subject area
Helping students understand educational concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for assessments
Assist students in achieving their classroom/subject matter goals by providing the following:
Supplemental instruction
Preparing instructional materials to support their classwork
Evaluating their understanding of the course or subject area as time progresses
Differentiate and modify learning tasks according to student need; implement accommodations as directed
Demonstrate caring and respect in interactions with students

Communicate updates to the director, classroom teacher(s) and families of the student's progress.
Provide timely and relevant feedback to students and parents
