Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.
Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.
It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed.
Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

Direct Care Staff Responsibilities & Duties

Supervise residents in taking medications, as per physician instructions. Room checks and light housekeeping. Ensure compliance with house rules and regulations. Group Activities:Assist with organizing and supervising group recreational, social and cultural activities and outings.
Instruction: Provide modeling and instruction for residents in daily living skills such as personal care, interpersonal relations, domestic skills, utilizing community resources, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining an orderly home environment.
Transportation:Provide transportation for group outings.
Meetings: Participate in staff meetings and training activities, as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience providing services to the mentally ill or other populations is required.
American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency is strongly considered but not necessary.
Valid California driver's license, reliable automobile, and good driving history, as demonstrated by DMV record check.
Be in good health, and be physically, mentally, and occupationally capable of performing duties, as verified by recent health screening & TB tests.
Be of good character and have no criminal record, other than minor traffic violations, as verified by fingerprinting and criminal background checks.

Direct Care Staff Job Description
The Direct Care Staff position you will play a key part of fulfilling our mission to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. This is a part time position. We invite you to bring your exceptional skills and experiences to the Transitional Training Program (TTP) in this extremely rewarding role.
In the role of Adult Day Instructoryou will:
Provide direct one-on-one or group instruction to adults with special needs (ages 18+).
Provide hands-on assistance with self-care toileting (as needed).
Assist with activities that are designed to emphasize communication, social skills, and emotional health in the vocational setting and/or classroom.
Have the ability to manage and adapt to challenging behavior(s) from client(s) in accordance with TTP policies and criteria.
Support improved leisure, recreation skills and independence.
Instruct, supervise and role model appropriate skills in volunteer setting for the clients being served.
Transport of clients to their community activity location and/or home as either a Driver (I) or Transportation Assistant (II).
Supervisory Roles
Direct Care staff are required to supervise clients served at all times.
Direct Care staff are supervised by the Lead Direct Care Staff, Administrative Assistant, Administrator, and/or Director.
EssentialJob Requirementsfor the Adult Day Instructor are:
Commitment and dedication to TTPs mission and core values.
Compassion for and desire to work with developmentally disabled clients.
Record accurate program and behavior data.
Maintain clients program goals
Ability to communicate successfully with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
One year relevant training and/or experience in the field of human services is preferred.
Experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
Completion ofall health requirements including TB required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Driver's License is preferred.
Fingerprint Clearance and background check required.
Be able to lift 50lbs at a minimum
Subject to pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing if hired.
Valid and current CPR/First Aid required
Hours are;
Monday-Friday
9:00am-3:00pm for Non-Drivers or Riders
8:00am-3:00-3:30 for Drivers and Non-Drivers (depending on route link)
Monday-Friday
After School Program hours
12:45-5:30pm (Drivers)
1:30-5:30pm (Non-Drivers)

Support an individual with various challenges
(behavioral, physical, communication, etc.) within their home and community.
• Implement the Individual's Support Plan (ISP) as developed
• Assist and support the person to maintain their own personal safety and well-being
• Support the individual to establish a daily/weekly schedule of activities in order to maximize their independence.
• Stay up to date with all training and certifications.
• Participate hands-on in activities.
What does a typical workday for a DSP look like?
• Accompanying clients to activities such as hobby groups, classes, or the gym
• Supporting clients to accomplish daily chores such as household chores, errands, and medical appointments
• Help with planning and staying on schedule
• Going for walks around the neighborhood
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Connecting with friends and loved ones (virtually or in person)
• Wheelchair transfers (if applicable)
• Assistance with personal hygiene (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Direct Support Professionals must have a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, applied behavior analysis, behavioral medicine, speech and language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable degree in a human services field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities (personal or professional) preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation & current auto insurance (case by case basis)

Essential Functions
Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
Assist clients with bathroom needs.

Education and Experience:
Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)
Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a California Driver's License
