Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain a process to track the status of all pending applications and promptly follow-up with applicants regarding missing documentation or other needed information to ensure completed applications are submitted as quickly as feasible;
Maintain communication with designated THMP staff to quickly resolve any missing or questioned application information or documentation to ensure any issues affecting pending applications are resolved as quickly as possible;

Applicants should realize that their physician and pharmacist would also be aware of their diagnosis.
Discuss how applicants who have been approved by the THMP for assistance may be required to pay a $5.00 co-payment fee per prescription to the participating pharmacy for each month's supply at the time the drug is dispensed and the availability of financial assistance for the dispensing fee.
Discuss how applicants who are eligible for Medicaid assistance benefits must first utilize and exhaust their monthly Medicaid pharmacy benefits in order to be eligible to receive medications from the Program. Medicaid eligible applicants shall be assigned to the nearest available participating THMP pharmacy outlet to receive medication. The pharmacy will not charge the $5.00 co-payment to the patient.
Discuss the use of participating pharmacies and the procedure for how applicants will receive medications through the program.

• Provides post-admission assessment for night-time admissions of patients with diabetes; oversight by Endocrinology-Diabetes Attending on Service
Perform inpatient consultations and follow-up visits, as assigned by Endocrine and/or Diabetes Attending on Service.
Perform follow-up of inpatients who have undergone surgery, admitted for observation, and previously seen by department faculty physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
• Manage care of high-risk Diabetes inpatients previously seen by department faculty physicians and/or advanced practice providers, e.g. insulin pump, Type 1 Diabetes, and those on concentrated insulin.
Review endocrine discharge instructions on patients pending discharge. Assist with test claims for inpatients pending discharge to ensure patients have appropriate diabetes medications.
Retrieve and review labs, glucose monitoring results on all patients followed by inpatient.

• Round on patients not seen by day team to ensure glycemic control. Titrate insulin on patients that have blood sugar outside of target values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist and supervise children (ages 6 weeks to age 4) during all activities.

Provide medical skills within scope of practice, as assigned:
Has primary responsibility for working with department faculty physicians to assist in covering the inpatient clinical practice for the Endocrinology Service-Diabetes. Clinical aspects include but not limited to Manage endocrinopathies; Manage endocrine effects of chemotherapy agents; Assess glucose needs and lipid control; Manage multiple-dose insulin and insulin pumps; Manage recently discharged patients for insulin titration
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, identifies normal/abnormal health characteristics, develops treatment plans, initiates appropriate care and continuously evaluates care outcomes.
Use judgment to work autonomously as defined by the nurse practice act or to collaborate with the healthcare team to manage client care throughout the continuum of care and in a variety of settings.

- Provides post-admission assessment for night-time admissions of patients with diabetes; oversight by Endocrinology-Diabetes Attending on Service
Perform inpatient consultations and follow-up visits, as assigned by Endocrine and/or Diabetes Attending on Service.
Perform follow-up of inpatients who have undergone surgery, admitted for observation, and previously seen by department faculty physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
- Manage care of high-risk Diabetes inpatients previously seen by department faculty physicians and/or advanced practice providers, e.g. insulin pump, Type 1 Diabetes, and those on concentrated insulin.
Review endocrine discharge instructions on patients pending discharge. Assist with test claims for inpatients pending discharge to ensure patients have appropriate diabetes medications.

- Round on patients not seen by day team to ensure glycemic control. Titrate insulin on patients that have blood sugar outside of target values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Assist and supervise children (ages 6 weeks to age 4) during all activities.
* Develop, plan and prepare classroom activities in accordance with policies and philosophy of the program.
* Gear activities to the individual child with concerns for his/her interests, special needs, special talents and individual style.
* Physically arrange the classroom into well-defined interest areas.
* Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
* Ensure that all classroom/outdoor equipment is in good working condition and is used and maintained properly.
* Complete all center/classroom paperwork (e.g., daily notes, student accident reports, medication authorizations and attendance records).
* Communicate appropriate information to families.
* Assist with activities in classroom to ensure that the classroom functions in an orderly manner.
* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT's, as well as Railroad Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants alike.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with a Class 1 Railroad, Regional Short Line, Transit System, State DOT Rail Division, Railroad Supplier, Railroad Contractor, and/or Railroad Consultant; preferably within the Maintenance Of Way (MOW) Department.

* Provide clear, concise, and thorough job briefings with all personnel on each job site.
* Enforce all Railroad, State, and Federal Policies.
* Identify rule violations and resolve in accordance with Railroad, State, and Federal Policies.
* Enforce Contractor training requirements.
* Submit daily field reports detailing Contractor and/or Railroad activities.
* Provide On-Track Safety in accordance with 49 CFR 214 Federal Regulations for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT Rail Divisions, Railroad Suppliers, Railroad Contractors, and/or Railroad Consultants.
