Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

University of Colorado's APP Fellowship in Child in Adolescent Psychiatry is an optional, post-licensure training program for new graduate PMHNPs interested in advanced training in the subspecialty of child and adolescent psychiatry. The Fellowship is 9 months in duration and will occur at the Pediatric Mental Health Institute (PMHI) at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. APP Fellows rotate through six departments within PMHI gaining exposure to patients across a broad range of ages and diagnoses. One month of elective allows APP Fellows to return to a department within PMHI of their choosing while integrating additional clinical experiences outside of PMHI. Learning collaboratively with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Physician Fellows, APP Fellows will have one half day per week of didactics from experts in child and adolescent psychiatry. Didactic topics include but are not limited to\: advanced pharmacotherapy, pharmacogenomics, and neuroscience. PMHI APP fellows will have the opportunity to teach and mentor PMHNP students and develop preceptor skills. PMHI APP fellows will complete a capstone experience, initiating or supporting quality/process improvement project within PMHI.

The elective month will provide PMHI APP fellows the opportunity to receive additional training in the PMHI department of their choosing. The elective month will also include opportunities for interprofessional collaboration and training with PMHI pharmacists, nutritionists, and specialty therapists including occupational therapy and art therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to apply and implement evidence-based approaches to care including using evidence-based guidelines for prescriptions and monitoring medications in the pediatric population.
· Able to perform initial psychiatric diagnostic interviews, develop and follow through with treatment plans, and maintain timely and focused documentation through the electronic medical record.
· Maintain a supervised case load of patients in the various inpatient and outpatient programs during designated rotations.
· Providing preceptor experiences for APRN students with the appropriate experience and certification from the University of Colorado-Anschutz College of Nursing.
· Member of a multidisciplinary setting consisting of physicians, family therapists, psychologists, and trainees.

* Four year college degree with a major in recreation; outdoor education, education with a specialty in art, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field. Copy of transcript required.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Care Partners play a critical role in their community. You will provide compassionate and personalized direct care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This care will promote independence, maintain their privacy, and respect their dignity. Our Care Partners work in a team setting to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
Prioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, etc.
Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
Experience, Competencies, and Skills:
At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect.
Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

SUPERVISOR: Director of Early Childhood Education
SUMMARY: Facilitate learning and teaching in an integrated, inclusive preschool
classroom (ages 6 weeks to 6 years); plan and administer small and large group
instruction. Form and implement student educational programs; support and follow
through with individual educational goals and accommodations. Perform daily
administrative functions including preparing class materials, disinfecting room and toys,
writing student progress reports, attending professional development meetings, and
performing other related duties. Communicate with school staff and/or student guardians
regarding student progress; conduct parent conferences. Tend to the personal needs of
students including lifting, diapering, and custodial/toilet training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks describe the basic functions of

implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum

teacher assistants and/or para-educators in the classroom, including delegating
work, training, directing work, assigning work, and resolving problems.
Communicate and encourage professional growth opportunities for teacher
assistants and/or para-educators. May observe teacher assistants and/or para-
educators performance to provide input for annual evaluations completed by the
Director of Early Childhood Education (ECE). [Daily] Attend and participate in meetings related to early childhood students learning
plans. Support and follow through with students plans goals and accommodations
by collaborating and planning with special education service providers, working
individually or in small groups with students with learning plans goals, developing
activities to meet the goals, etc. Attend licensing meetings with the school nurse
and other service providers, per need. [Daily] Oversee the day-to-day operation of the classroom such as preparing class
materials and toys, student discipline, addressing parent complaints, daily
attendance, daily anecdotes/progress notes, correspondence books, proper food
handling and sanitation practices, tending to students personal needs, etc. Supervise children on the playground. Handle emergencies and injuries in a safe
and professional manner. Plan and implement meaningful activities for large motor
periods. [Daily] Write student progress reports and conduct parent conferences. Communicate
with student guardians and district special educators regarding student progress
and/or issues. [Weekly] Complete Inter-Rater Reliability and collect sufficient student data and input into
My Teaching Strategies (TS GOLD); meet deadlines for three checkpoints a year,
as mandated by the State of Colorado. Develop and maintain an assessment
portfolio for each child. [Weekly] Create lists for classroom supplies as needed and according to school guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree or vocational training certification. Early childhood education/preschool teacher, instructor, or educational
assistant/para experience. Basic knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, fax
machines, email, etc. Basic word processing skills. Intermediate interpersonal relations skills. Ability to follow all Federal and State licensing rules and regulations. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others. Ability to work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary special education team, as
well as with other professionals. Ability to implement behavior modification techniques. Ability to diffuse and manage volatile and stressful situations.

What type of training does a Host Home Provider receive?
