Here's What You'll Do:
Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Assist with complete care of dietary, hygiene, bathing, grooming and dressing needs, including assisting with restroom and other activities of daily living (ADL's).
Essential Functions
Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
Support the needs and goals of each resident by participating in the development of IPP/ISP goals.
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for the clients.
Support the needs and goals of each resident by taking them to visit family and friends, to preferred leisure/recreation activities, and encouraging them to socialize among peers.
Assist clients with personal care such as grooming, bathroom needs, changing clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.
Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
May need to transport clients in personal vehicle and reimbursed for mileage.
Report any incidents or problems and communicate daily with administers.
Perform other duties assigned
Education and Experience:
1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, crisis management, behavior management, and ABA.
High School Diploma/GED
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a California Driver's License.
Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire).
Must have First Aid / CPR.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the ChildCare Parenting Specialist are as followed:
Provide 1:1 counseling to each client, introducing behavioral approaches to child guidance.
Complete clear concise and timely documentation.
Facilitate regularly scheduled activities to promote mother/child bonding such as Mommy and Me Groups, story telling, music groups, arts and crafts.
Facilitate Evidence Based Curriculum groups such as Nurturing Parents and Strengthening Familes.
Oversee and provide guidance to mothers who are assigned to childcare duties as part of their program activities.
Assist mothers in obtaining safe, quality off-site childcare when required, while still in residence or exiting from the program.
Assist mothers with school communications, parent teacher meetings, IEP's.
Assist mothers in locating transportation to and from school as required.
Participate in team and staff meetings and in-service training.
Other duties as assigned.
Evening and weekend hours are required.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
BA degree in Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or comparable subject matter.
4 years experience in a childcare setting can be substituted for the education requirement.
Experience working in a residential treatment environment preferred.
California Driver's License required with proof of insurance.

What You'll Do:
Supervise and Manage Dog Groups: Monitor play sessions to ensure safety, address behavioral issues, and maintain a calm, balanced environment.
Deliver Exceptional Care: Follow feeding schedules, administer medications (if needed), and observe dogs for health or behavioral concerns.
Communicate with Pet Parents: Provide professional updates on their dogs' behavior, health, and activities to build trust and confidence.
Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep our facility spotless and organized to ensure the well-being of all dogs in our care.
Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside other handlers to create a positive and efficient workflow.
Who You Are:
Experienced in Dog Care: Prior experience working in a dog daycare, kennel, veterinary clinic, or similar setting is highly preferred.
Knowledgeable About Dog Behavior: You can recognize and address common behavioral issues and understand the importance of structure and boundaries.
Reliable and Responsible: You're punctual, take direction well, and understand that the safety and happiness of our dogs depend on your attention to detail.
Strong Communicator: You're confident speaking with pet parents and teammates to ensure the highest standard of care.
Physically Capable: Comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling active dogs of all sizes.

Job Description:
National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT's, as well as Railroad Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants alike.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with a Class 1 Railroad, Regional Short Line, Transit System, State DOT Rail Division, Railroad Supplier, Railroad Contractor, and/or Railroad Consultant; preferably within the Maintenance Of Way (MOW) Department.

* Enforce all Railroad, State, and Federal Policies.
* Identify rule violations and resolve in accordance with Railroad, State, and Federal Policies.
* Enforce Contractor training requirements.
* Submit daily field reports detailing Contractor and/or Railroad activities.
* Provide On-Track Safety in accordance with 49 CFR 214 Federal Regulations for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT Rail Divisions, Railroad Suppliers, Railroad Contractors, and/or Railroad Consultants.
