What will you do:
Design, implement, and facilitate an engaging curriculum that effectively promotes learning, development, and a positive experience for all participants.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and administrative documentation.

What experience and skills you will need to be successful:
You must be at least 18 years old and possess one year of prior experience working with children, youth, or teens in a daycare setting.Complete all required training within established timeframes and demonstrate competencies to maintain employment status. This includes orientation, Heart Saver Pediatric First Aid and CPR training, Great Academy and Teaching Teaching Strategies annual trainings, and approved Marine Corps Standardized Module Training.Meet current health and sanitation requirements and successfully pass random drug testing, a criminal background check, driving record check, and employment reference background check.
Work Setting and Required Physical Activities
From sitting and standing to walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs, you'll stay active and engaged throughout the day.
Occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds and prioritize and multitask your work and projects with a keen memory and analytical thinking.
Display sufficient strength, agility, and mobility to supervise children's activities safely, ensuring a world of wonder and play.
Show your good physical and mental health through annual health screenings, up-to-date immunizations, and tests as required.
