Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development theories. * Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations related to early childhood environments. * Skill in assessing child development, documenting progress and using observations to inform lesson planning and parent communication. * Skill in applying consistent implementation of child guidance techniques. * Ability to create and maintain a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
