As an Early Child Care Lead Teacher, you will:
Plan and implement activities using our play-based curriculum that takes children on an adventure around the world as they learn developmentally appropriate skills and concepts.
Develop rapport with families daily. Use electronic daily reports to share milestones captured throughout the day.

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
South CarolinaChild Care Credential or CDA
At least six months of licensed childcare experience
Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred

Hourly Pay Range:
$14-$20 per hour
Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
Teacher Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow.
Support children's social and emotional development.
Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum.
Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families.
Requirements
Passion for working with young children.
At least 18-years-old.
At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool.
CDA or ECD 101 required for lead teacher positions
Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.

Requirements:
