Overview
Under general supervision, an employee in this position is responsible for professional probation and parole work of considerable difficulty; performs related work as required. Confers with their supervisor to evaluate case priorities and participate in case consultations.
Participates on committees to resolve system issues and provide probation services for specialized populations, such as youth with violent behavior, youth with sex offense related cases, and youth with substance abuse concerns.
Uses analytical skills to identify needs and make appropriate referrals to meet the needs and risks of youth and families, as identified by The Ohio Youth Assessment System and other relevant assessment tools.
Provides comprehensive case management to youth and families with behavioral health and substance abuse concerns daily.

Licensure or Certification Requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license and continuously maintain automobile insurance in compliance with state law, with a driving record acceptable to the Court's current policies. Must have ready access to a safe functioning automobile with valid registration and insurance.
Any position which requires operating a motor vehicle as an essential duty of responsibility of the position will be subject to a driving record check through the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Overview
Under general direction, is responsible for professional probation and parole work of average difficulty; and performs related work as required. This is the working level class in the Prob/Par Officer sub-series. An employee in this class supervises a caseload of probationers and/or parolees. * Supervises and monitors offenders granted intensive supervision by the court to ensure compliance with supervision terms and conditions, including court ordered financial obligations.

* Utilize analytics software to develop specific store loss prevention strategies
* Participate in corporate operational test programs to gauge viability of program evolution. Provide relevant observational data to the Global Home Office to inform policy decisions
* Responsible for ensuring accurate execution of Store Programs. Routinely provide relevant feedback to store leaders regarding operational efficiency
* Effectively identify and implement solutions to eliminate store margin erosion
* Support new stores through physical store visitation and pre-open audits to ensure smooth and timely openings
What Do You Need To Bring?
* 4-year degree preferred
* 2 or more years of experience in Asset Protection, multi-location experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines
* Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends appropriate to retail business needs
* Must pass a comprehensive background investigation
* Must have a reliable means of transportation
