Mindfully Psychiatry is a growing private practice seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our expanding psychiatry services. The practice location is Cincinnati - Dublin. The work consists of providing psychiatric services to patients of the practice along with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services oversight. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners within the practice.
Employment Type: This is a W-2 position. We also offer a 1099 option for part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
Provide ongoing psychiatric care, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely and compliant documentation of patient care in the EMR, in accordance with clinical and payer standards.
Collaborate with outside clinicians for coordination of care.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Collaborative Oversight

Participate in chart reviews, peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
Stay current with psychiatric research and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.

The successful candidate will hold expertise in Food Animal Medicine and will be responsible for providing clinical support to the animals housed in the Dr. C. Richard Beckett Animal Science Center as the veterinarian of record. Additionally, they will teach courses and/or labs relevant to their training and experience to support the Animal Science program. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate ability to utilize digital technologies for course design and delivery. Applicants should have a strong desire and passion for advising and mentorship and will be responsible for academic advising within the program and serve as a coordinator and mentor for our newly established Early Veterinary Mentoring Program, for eligible Pre-Veterinary students.
Minimum qualifications include a graduate of an AVMA accredited program or completed the ECFVG or PAVE program, successful completion & passing score on the NAVLE, current Ohio Veterinary License, current Ohio Board of Pharmacy License, current D.E.A. License, obtain & maintain USDA APHIS Category II Accreditation Status, food animal clinical experience, and the ability to lift 40+ lbs. Preferred qualifications include evidence of instructional or teaching experience in Higher Education.

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOA-accredited residency).
New graduates within one year of completion will be considered.
Clean malpractice/licensure history preferred.
Ability to report to hospital within 30 minutes when on call.
License and Certification Requirements:
Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain).
DEA certification (or willing to obtain).
ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications preferred.
