    Job Code **4323** \# of Openings **3** Apply Now (**************************************************** Requisition?org=GATEWAYVENT&cws=55&rid=4323) **OLH Technical Services, LLC (OLH),** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Casework Files Assistant I** with a **Top-Secret Clearance** in **Quantico, VA.** **Position Overview:** Provide administrative and quality services to the government to properly organize and maintain forensic casework documentation and to assist with monitoring equipment for federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies in support of investigative and intelligence priorities. **Position Responsibilities:** + The Casework Files Assistant I provides administrative and quality services to assist Forensic Examiners with forensic casework documentation and basic equipment maintenance. Administrative duties include but are not limited to the following: preparation and maintenance of casework documentation, conducting case research, photocopying discovery materials, and answering phones. Quality control and quality assurance duties include the following: recording temperatures on various laboratory equipment, assisting in the calibration/verification of laboratory equipment such as thermometers and thermal cyclers, as well as assisting in inventory matters and verification for accountability. Assist with minor IT duties such as printer and scanner functionality. + Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: + a. Perform basic managerial / administrative support for case documentation requests from internal and external sources. + b. Perform support functions in areas of case preparation and information and for items relating to court testimony. + c. Prepare various types of communications to appropriate field offices or headquarters as required. + d. Assist with document tracking or developing database / spreadsheet applications to track case files, audit reports, and other documentation management actions. + e. Perform research, develop, and author whitepapers and information papers, as required. + f. Support activities, functions, or duties, as defined in future projects. + g. Utilize excellent customer relation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with contributors, team members, management, and other partners. + h.
