Do you have an interest in providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents? Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your clinical skills in a positive, supportive environment?

Step by Step, Inc. is looking for dedicated, self-motivated, master-level professionals in the Stroudsburg area to provide Behavior Consultant (BC) services to children and adolescents in a variety of settings.

As the lead clinician, BCs gain invaluable experience in the behavioral health field and achieve professional growth. Behavior Consultants work with children and adolescents in home, school and community settings and collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, and whomever is part of the treatment team. As a BC, you'll support and guide the client toward meeting therapeutic goals by improving behaviors and teaching skills.

Behavior Consultants at Step By Step, Inc. learn proven, research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Interested in obtaining your BCBA? We can provide the opportunity to obtain your supervision hours! For individuals pursuing Professional Counseling Licensure, we can also help provide supervision hours! All our Behavior Consultants receive clinical and administrative support from our case manager, program and clinical directors.

Benefits:
· $5,000.00 Signing Bonus (Contracted position excluded)
$30-$45/Hr.
· FT and PT positions available.
· The same rate of pay for ALL hours worked, both billable and non-billable. We do not pay BCs a lower rate for non-billable work tasks, such as travel, supervision or training.
· BCs are assigned a case manager who provides support and a multitude of administrative responsibilities, allowing the BC to focus on clinical tasks.
· · Mileage Reimbursement.
· Excellent benefit package for FT staff, including 11 paid holidays and very generous leave time, including both annual (vacation) and sick time. We also offer medical, vision and dental insurance, as well as a retirement plan.
Requirements: LPC, LSW or BSL required.
