Job Title: Lead Teacher Intern Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: 40 hours/week | 12-week internship
Children of America is seeking college students in Early Childhood Education for a hands-on internship. Under the guidance of a Lead Teacher and School Director, interns will gain classroom leadership experience, assist with curriculum planning, and support child development in a licensed childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily programming and developmental activities for children
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Assist with documentation, family communication, and classroom organization
Collaborate with staff and participate in training and mentorship sessions
Uphold COA's values, policies, and licensing standards
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or related college program
