Key Responsibilities:

Manages the reception area to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors and provides effective telephone and mail communications, both internally and externally, to maintain a professional image.
Performs administrative duties in support of all departments & programs at the center location, including but not limited to handling client referrals, scheduling appointments, preparing and/or making bank deposits, mail distribution, ordering supplies, and maintaining petty cash.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment; reports all major defects in facilities
Responsible for insurance verifications and notification as to any delinquent accounts and/or insurance issues. Collects and applies all copayments and self-payments received from clients.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent education or experience
At least two years of previous experience working in an office
At least one year of previous experience in medical billing
Expert knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Satisfactory Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Background Check, FBI Criminal Background Check and National Sex Offender Registry check
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
