Eli Rubin is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Proud Moments ABA, the leading provider of ABA therapy services for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum in the northeastern United States. Since founding Proud Moments in 2014, under his leadership Proud Moments has grown to have a presence across multiple states nationwide. In 2019, Proud Moments was acquired by Audax Private Equity, and Eli continues to lead the company on its rapid growth trajectory. Prior to founding Proud Moments, Eli began his career in healthcare management as Chief Operating Officer at Devington Technologies, a company that provides Revenue Cycle Management services to medical practices across the healthcare industry. In only two years at Devington, he led the company’s adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology, and more than doubled the firm’s revenue. Eli is a dedicated philanthropist in the New York area and abroad, with a special focus on educational and social service programs. He holds a Masters’ degree in Talmudic law from The Rabbinical College of America.
