We are looking for a Behavior Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic early childhood setting. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a direct impact on the behavioral, social-emotional, and academic growth of young children-especially those with unique challenges and strengths.
???? What You'll Do:
Deliver therapeutic and behavioral interventions, including ABA strategies and de-escalation techniques.
Partner with lead teachers to embed individualized plans into daily classroom life.
Support children during instruction, play, transitions, dismissal-and every moment in between.
Step in during classroom crises with calm, compassionate problem-solving.
Track student progress through consistent, accurate documentation.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Collaborate in a trauma-informed, equity-centered environment.
???? What You Bring:
CDA Required, or associate or bachelors degree. Early Childhood or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience working with preschoolers with behavioral needs required; ABA experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
Flexibility, empathy, and a deep belief in the potential of every child.
Bilingual skills are a plus!

Clinician - Healthy Transitions (Full-Time) Starting Salary Range ($70k-$80k)
The Healthy Transitions (HT) Team at Community Care Alliance is recruiting a clinician to support our transition-aged participants (15-26 years old) who struggle with serious emotional/ mental health concerns & co-occurring disorders, and who have not typically benefitted from traditional models of treatment and services. Priority populations for HT programming include young people experiencing their First Episode of Psychosis (FEP) or serious mood disorders, and those who have previously experienced residential placement/ youth aging out of the foster care system. The clinician works closely with other team members, including a case manager, nurse, vocational specialist, and psychiatrist. The HT clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of 15-25 people.
The ideal candidate for this position is:

Able to thrive in a dynamic team-based work environment
Organized, and able to balance direct service and documentation tasks within a flexible weekly schedule
Comfortable providing services in office/home/community settings (including transporting clients if needed)

Able to translate participants' needs and goals clearly into recovery plan goals and objectives and summarize participants' progress in communications with external providers.

POSITION SUMMARY: As the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Clinician, you are a member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your clinical skill and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to (ACCS) clients under the clinical supervision of the team leader and assistant team leader. Provides service coordination for an assigned group of clients, including coordination and monitoring the activities of the ACCS Team
Assumes primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising the overall Community Service Plan in collaboration with the client and ITT; provides therapy utilizing evidence-based practices (i.e., CBT-P, CBT, DBT, CAMS, MI), symptom management, ensuring immediate changes are made in the Community Service Plan as clients' needs change; educate and support clients' families, and advocate for clients rights and preferences.
Works with the team to complete a comprehensive assessment as an engagement tool and to understand and respect the client's views of the ways mental illness impacts their life and how they want to be supported in their process of recovery
Utilizes evidence-based assessment tools that support matching a client's needs to their services
In partnership with the client and team, develops the Community Service Plan within thirty days of the team finalizing the comprehensive assessment.
Provides de-escalation techniques to aid the client (s) in managing a crisis, providing intervention to decrease risk, manage symptoms, and maintain safety
Provides on-call crisis intervention covering nighttime hours and serves as a backup to evening and weekend staff

Education /Licensing requirements/ Skills:

Become a part of the Groden Center, a program that is internationally known for evidence-based programs, innovative work in self-control and effective coping procedures, and research. This position provides direct instruction to students in classrooms and monitoring of progress, and supports students in learning academics, functional living skills, and appropriate behaviors and social skills. DSPs/Behavior Specialists are trained by clinicians in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and other areas, and work with a supportive team that includes Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, Speech/Language pathologists, psychologists and more!
Education, Experience And Special Skills:
Candidates must have completed at least two years of a college experience. In lieu of a college experience, candidates must have a Teacher Assistant certification or a Para-Pro certification.

We are looking for a Behavior Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic early childhood setting. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a direct impact on the behavioral, social-emotional, and academic growth of young children-especially those with unique challenges and strengths.
🌈 What You'll Do:
Deliver therapeutic and behavioral interventions , including ABA strategies and de-escalation techniques.
Partner with lead teachers to embed individualized plans into daily classroom life.
Support children during instruction, play, transitions, dismissal-and every moment in between.
Step in during classroom crises with calm, compassionate problem-solving.
Track student progress through consistent, accurate documentation.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Collaborate in a trauma-informed, equity-centered environment.
💼 What You Bring:
CDA Required, or associate or bachelors degree. Early Childhood or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience working with preschoolers with behavioral needs required ; ABA experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
Flexibility, empathy, and a deep belief in the potential of every child.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
