Summary:
The IT Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect is a critical member of the cybersecurity and IT teams, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that ensure secure access to the organization's systems, applications, and data. This individual will leverage advanced IAM technologies to enhance security, streamline access management processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
* Architecture and Implementation. Design and implement enterprise-level IAM solutions, including identity governance, authentication, and privileged access management (PAM) systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and align solutions with business and regulatory needs. Integrate IAM platforms with applications, directories, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
* Access Control and Security Management: Manage and maintain user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Ensure secure access to critical healthcare systems in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant regulations. Configure and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and other access controls.
* Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor IAM systems for anomalies, unauthorized access, and potential security risks. Optimize IAM processes to improve efficiency and user experience while maintaining robust security. Regularly assess the organization's IAM posture and recommend enhancements.
* Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for IAM-related incidents and resolve complex issues promptly. Investigate and remediate IAM-related vulnerabilities, including credential misuse or privilege escalation.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure IAM solutions and processes meet regulatory requirements and internal policies. Generate reports and metrics to demonstrate IAM system effectiveness and support audits. Assist in documenting IAM processes and maintaining accurate records for compliance.
* Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior IAM engineers and team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Stay abreast of emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
How You'll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related cybersecurity domains - required
* Hands-on experience with IAM tools cush as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar platforms - required
* Proven experience in directory services (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud IAM service (e.g. AWS IAM, Google Workspace) - required
EDUCATION
* Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Computer Science, Information Systems or related field - required
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience - preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
* CIAM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Cloud based IG certification, or any related IAM certifications - preferred

Summary:
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes in support of assigned Epic applications, with a primary focus on the Epic Optime/Anesthesia suite. Responsibilities include ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of supported applications. Leads and/or coordinates system conversions, application testing, and documentation of procedures. Contributes to training design and development, assists with training delivery, provides go-live support, and serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing production support and issue resolution. Participates in the on-call/after-hours support schedule as defined within the group. May serve as Lead or Project Manager for medium to large-sized projects.
Responsibilities:
* Implementation: Responsibility for evaluating project requests associated with field of expertise and/or systems supported, conducting current state assessments, requirements gathering and definition, future state design and application build activities. Responsible for leading implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing (unit, application and integrated), and deployment of projects, as well as contributing to development of associated training curriculum/program, post implementation documentation and production support services. Ensure systems design supports corporate policies and federal legislation, where applicable.
* Project Management: Prepare detailed project plans. Lead Application Team in adhering to project schedules and timelines and completing projects on time and within budget. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate sponsor group, steering committee or other governing body to ensure successful implementation (on time, on budget and within scope). Responsible for facilitating change request process in relation to assigned projects. Prepare supporting documentation and present initial project requests and change requests to appropriate Change Advisory Subgroup(s).
* Maintenance, Support and Troubleshooting: Monitor, acknowledge and resolve ServiceNow tickets as assigned. Coordinate software and hardware patches, service packs, and version upgrades with customer departments and System Administrator(s). Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures.
* Administrative: Log hours for project-related work in the Project Portfolio Management (ServiceNow) system on a weekly basis. Utilize ALM Quality Center system for creating test cases and scripts, monitoring testing execution and providing documentation as required for production change control approval. Attend General Information Services (GIS) meetings, weekly Business Application Services team meetings, application team meetings as appropriate, and other meetings as needed.
* Production Support and Maintenance: On call support (support calendar defined by Group or application suite, pager required); Ensuring the integrity, integration and stability of production system; Formulating system scope and objectives to develop or modify complex system designs; and other duties as assigned.
