Summary:

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Talent Strategies and Attraction, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for executive leadership roles (VP and above) across a set of client groups. Responsibilities include:
* Effectively influences search approach, viewed as a highly credible subject matter expert at the highest levels of leadership

* Establishes a well formulated point of view regarding candidates

Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and facilitates the investigation, review and disposition of patient safety events though interviews, medical record and literature reviews and utilization of appropriate investigative tools.

* Serves as an expert in safety science and patient safety processes and outcomes to assist clinical and organizational stakeholders with information to improve patient safety.

Summary:

Summary:
The Clinical Educator is a professional development specialist whose primary responsibility is to facilitate lifelong learning and professional development activities among clinical staff. Responsibilities:

Summary:
The incumbent in this position participates in developing and implementing patient treatment plans. Working in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team, the milieu therapist develops and leads therapeutic patient care activities and encourages patient participation in milieu activities and their treatment plan. The milieu therapist works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, providing oversight to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Responsibilities:
* Interacts therapeutically with patients during milieu and/or room-based activities
* Provides direct patient care, including assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care
* Provides support to RNs by assisting with the collection of vital signs, data, and specimens as appropriate per education and training
* Reports changes in patient status and any concerns to the charge nurse and/or physician
* Escorts patients to off-unit procedures/appointments as needed
* Provides orientation and education to patients and families regarding program processes throughout their time in treatment
* Provides emotional support to patients and families throughout their hospitalization while maintaining professional boundaries
* Assists in implementing treatment plans for all patients with a focus on assigned patients
* Assists with learning activities in the classroom
* Assists in implementing individual patient behavioral programs under the direction of the multidisciplinary treatment team
* Contributes to the interdisciplinary treatment planning process by communicating observations, suggesting interventions, and participating in patient care related meetings as appropriate
* Conducts milieu-based groups utilizing unit specific curriculum
* Monitors and reports patient's response to treatment interventions both verbally and in the EHR
* Therapeutically intervenes and assists in crisis situations
* Uses available resources to learn and improve patient care knowledge and skills;
* Participates in evaluation of self and peers
* Accepts instruction and guidance from preceptor and other clinically advanced personnel
