Job Description
Assists in maintaining a high quality level of housekeeping by effectively managing through proper scheduling, training, motivation, and follow-up. Job Description
Responsible for leading the Infrastructure - Network Communications (Netcom) team. Ensures projects and day to day operations are aligned with organizational needs. Ensures staffing levels to effectively support a 24/7 operation.
Experience

* Chief designer of the Children's infrastructure. This includes the configuration of Routers, Switches, Voice over IP, and Wide Area connectivity.
* Technical training of all Support Personnel to ensure quality of network service.
* Provide third level support to technical support team.
* Perform technical analysis of network hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools to enable growth capacity planning.
* Researches and makes recommendations for new network hardware based on current and projected goals.
* Researches and makes recommendations for new network management systems.
* Verifies the network is run in accordance with guidelines set by upper management.
* Oversees the implementation of network hardware to insure the best interests of the organization.
* Functions as a Technical Support project liaison, ensuring effective transition from project pre-implementation to go-live to day-to-day support.
* Reviews support processes, policies, and procedures to ensure proper communication, documentation, and training for Technical Support.

Competent to recognize potential and actual processing errors and immediately follows-up according to procedure or management instruction. Supervises the retrieval of information for recall, instrument/set/supply locations and instrument/set identification. Responds immediately to customer requests for instrument location with effective communication and high-quality customer service conduct. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Certified and Registered Central Supply Technician (CRCST) certification required. + Monitors research and development activities within the laboratory; assists in the development and implementation of new procedures. Performs laboratory tests as required.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical lab science or a chemical, physical or biological science.
+ Other bachelor's degrees will be accepted if graduated from an accredited school of medical technology or if science and math coursework meet requirement of certifying agency.
+ Bachelor's degree may be waived for a medical technologist who was ASCP certified in the years prior to the bachelor's degree requirement by ASCP and a HEW/HHS technologist certified by Health and Human Services.
+ Four (4) years of medical technology experience required.
+ Five (5) years of medical technology experience preferred.
+ Supervisory experience preferred.
+ Certified by the following accreditation agencies: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), MT (AMT), MT (HHS or HEW), CHT (ABHI), CHS (ABHI), CT (ASCP), CG (ASCP), HTL (ASCP), or HT (ASCP), MT (AAB), generalist or categorical if applicable.

Job Description:
* This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
* This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
* The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
* Responsibilities: Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
* Cleaning service and seating areas.
* Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma preferred.
* Additional experience in food service, hospitality or customer service preferred.
* Demonstrated skills in customer service, critical thinking, problem solving and written and verbal communication.
* Ability to make sound judgments while quickly processing information.
* Proficient computer and web-based software skills including the ability to adapt to regular changes in software programs and processes.
* Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English.
* Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions.
* Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with patients, patient family members, hospital personnel and co-workers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks
