Pros of working at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health

The child life environment. I was able to communicate with patients everyday whose ages varied. I was always touched by the determination of each child.

Cons of working at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health

Constant changes made the job tedious and challenging at the same time. Some responsibilities were uncontrollable and the job was to perform it. As soon as one project was implemented, trained and educated, a change would take place and now the training and education starts over.

Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health benefits

Discount on benefits such as health, home, auto benefits for the family was great though expensive.
