Pros of working at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Good benefits with regards to time off and working from home options a couple days a week for IT dept. Decent health care insurance options and 401K, though these seem to be less and less great from year to year.

Cons of working at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Lack of accountability - no consequences for people who don’t do their work. Too much work and too many deadlines. Need for perfection over progress. Lack of career advancement opportunities. Work/life balance - even though they pretend like your personal life matters. No maternity leave outside the legal requirement for FMLA.
