Department Overview Our Minneapolis neonatal float team is an integral part of nursing services provided within our neonatal community - from the special care nursery up through our level III and level IV neonatal intensive care units. Team members are able to apply specific skills sets to these departments and provide additional resources as needs are identified. The team is a valuable resource for the entire neonatal hospital system. Our nursing care team consists of registered nurses, clinical support associates and unit operations coordinators. RNs hired into this area would support our Special Care Nursery, Infant Care Center and Neonatal Intensive Care units. Post-secondary education helpful. One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential. Six months' customer service experience desired. May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.
