Pros of working at Children's of Alabama

It is a great purpose

Cons of working at Children's of Alabama

Too many upper management that seem to rely on a team of people around them to isolate them. Too many huge executive bonus payouts. Well it is where United Way was founded. Slowly the dead wood seems to be identified and removed, but there are too many others. One director with one manager and 12 workers in every team is like a pine tree org chart. Most places I have worked had at least three managers for every director.
